Beck, Carmine Infantino, Irv Novick, John Romita, Frank Miller and others. Oh, the others include the Blue Beetle by Steve Ditko. It's a piece from Marty Greim's collection, and is one of just six similar illustrations being sold (look around the auction site), including art by Kirby, Swan, Wood, Kubert, Eisner and dozens more on the others.
For those who don't recognize the name, among other things Greim was the editor on many of the 1960s and 1970s fanzines (COMIC CRUSADER) that printed Ditko's independent work, including several Mr. A stories.
